Terms for the ffmVPN demo
These terms describe the interactive sign-up demo. The demo is not an offer to enter into a binding agreement.
1. What the demo is
The demo shows a possible ffmVPN sign-up flow using a mobile number, PIN and a final demo summary.
No VPN account is created, the service is not activated, and the demo gives no right to use a VPN product.
2. No order or payment
The demo is not connected to an SMS or payment provider. It sends no real SMS, does not charge a mobile bill or other payment method, and creates no subscription.
The demo summary and Demo ID are not an order confirmation, payment receipt or contract.
3. Product information
ffmVPN is presented as a planned VPN service with the highest modern encryption standards, no logs of online activity or traffic, a dedicated IP, up to five compatible devices, a server location in Frankfurt and bandwidth of up to 250 Mbps.
The fixed dedicated IP can be used by administrators who restrict access to servers and admin interfaces to approved IP addresses, whether working on the move or from a fixed location.
Actual speed depends on factors including the internet connection, device, network conditions, distance, load and configuration. Final compatibility and availability will be published before launch.
4. Pricing and cancellation
The stated price for ffmVPN is NOK 298 per month. The subscription renews monthly and can be cancelled at any time, subject to the current billing period and applicable terms.
To cancel a mobile-billed subscription, send FFMVPN STOPP to 2290. You may also email ffmvpn-no@helpmob.cc or call customer service on weekdays from 11:00 to 14:00 at +47 23 96 41 17.
These details describe the planned subscription. The current demo creates no agreement and charges NOK 0.
5. Permitted use
You may use the demo to evaluate the sign-up experience. Do not enter another person’s data without permission or attempt to disrupt or misuse the solution.
6. Availability
The demo is provided as is and may be changed, restricted or removed. As no commercial service is supplied through the demo, no uptime guarantee applies.
7. Before commercial launch
Before a binding order can be placed, supplier identity, complete contract terms, withdrawal rights, privacy, final device support and all other mandatory information will be shown clearly.
